Once we’ve decided to make it official, we’ll take care of the boring stuff (contract + deposit) and officially reserve your date. You’ll have our support from here on out—timeline questions, vendor suggestions, or just a sounding board for your ideas. We’re here for it.
Step Two: Lock It In
About a month before your wedding, we’ll send over a short-and-sweet questionnaire to get the specifics. Then we’ll hop on a final planning call to walk through the flow of the day, clarify logistics, and make sure we’re aligned with your vision. We’ll even help you fine-tune your timeline—no extra charge.
Step Three: The Details Matter
On the day, we show up with calming energy, warm smiles, and cameras in hand. Our approach is part fly-on-the-wall, part gentle guidance when you need it. We’ll blend seamlessly with your photographer and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Most couples say we feel like old friends by the end of the night.

Within 10–14 days, you’ll get a sneak peek teaser that lets you relive the feels. Then we dive into the full edit—where audio, music, and story come to life. Kurt hand-selects every song to reflect the true vibe of your day. Final films are delivered around six months later, wrapped in intention and emotion.
